I'd have to create 5 slides for this for each element to move. For example: if I wanted to show the title sliding in from outside the frame, with let's say 5 other items I want to introduce. Now, using Magic Move is great and convenient but, it also creates additional slides. So the way that you can move things easily from one slide to the next in keynote is through this animation called Magic Move. I'm not sure why they require us to submit an editable version but I'll tell you why I don't export it as a PDF and submit.
